Our Hassle Free 5 Days Return / Refund Policy

We will accept REFUND Claims ONLY under below circumstances and within 5 days from the delivery date.

- Wrong item(s) delivered

- Order is partially delivered

- Wrong size / dimensions delivered

Compulsory Video for Prepaid / COD / Multiple Quantity orders: PLEASE MAKE A SINGLE VIDEO🎬 1) BEFORE OPENING THE PARCEL PLEASE CLEARLY SHOW THE LABEL ON PARCEL 2) WHILE OPENING THE PARCEL📦… AND IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEM SEND THIS VIDEO AND WE WILL ISSUE RETURN / REFUND AS APPLICABLE. ANY RETURNS OR REFUNDS CLAIM WITHOUT VIDEO WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED.

  • We are unable to accept returned items which are used, have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed.
  • We are unable to accept return/refund for Gift card and downloadable products.
  • Exchanges: We DO NOT OFFER any exclusive Exchange Policy.
